Our Chef and Staff

Chef Terry Doner is excited to return to the kitchen and welcome back all of his loyal  & faithful customers. We are especially excited to welcome Chef Italo Casini into our kitchen. Italo has been one of the most talented Chefs in Polk County for over  3 decades. Italo is well known for running the kitchens of a number of top-rated restaurants, including, Palm Court, La Palma, Italo's Cucina, Arabella's & most recently The Lakeland Country Club.  We are both proud and humbled to have received 4.5 and 5-star reviews from local food critics.  The combined talents will surely elevate us to yet another level of great food. Our caring and committed staff will ensure you have an enjoyable experience with us.

Expanded Menu

Chef Italo and  Chef Terry will be putting together a new and expanded menu by June 3rd, 2020. Our 65+ years of combined culinary talent & experience will establish Chef T's as a premier dining destination for everyone to enjoy.
